The First Thing You Need To Change About Diabetes Is Your Mind

"Believe you can and you’re halfway there."

― Theodore Roosevelt

When people receive the diagnosis that they are diabetic, very often panic sets in. Within moments of receiving the news, people are flooded with questions.

  • What am I supposed to eat?

  • How serious is this?

  • Is this the way things are going to be for the rest of my life?

  • Ultimately, is there anything I can do about this situation?

  • Can this get worse?

Fortunately, people now are realizing that Type II diabetes is indeed reversible! Tens of thousands of people are discovering that by making a few simple changes you too can change your outcome.

and have been in the healthcare arena for over 25 years. Over 20 of those years, I have been a licensed massage therapist and founder of Be Well And Renew.

This wellness collective offers hands-on healing modalities but also resources to help encourage self-care, intentionality, and relaxation. No one else can do those things for you.

My goal has always been to help you be your best and live your best life.

I have seen and heard the ongoing and significant effects of diabetes from family members, clients, friends and fellow entrepreneurs. In talking with people in all stages of the diabetic journey, I realized there could be an easier way.

I have met and learned from diabetic advocates that there is such a great need for education. As my husband creeps closer and closer to a diabetic diagnosis, I wanted to help him, myself, and others to not be overwhelmed. The #1 lesson from all my research and conversations is that the most important factor in combatting diabetes successfully is mindset.

Many doctors believe once you are a diabetic, you are always a diabetic. Doctors also believe that no matter what you do you will always be considered diabetic, even after you have healthy blood sugar. Modern science is now proving that is not the case.

Diabetes can be reversed when your mind and your body are in complete alignment. That comes about when you stop asking the questions like, "What can I eat?" and shift it to, "Is this food going to continue creating the same result, or will it create a different result?"

Changing your diabetes outcomes are more about having the right mindset than about having the right grocery shopping list. Changing your mind will have a dramatic impact on your health.

When something is at the top of your mind you tend to act upon it. When something is at the back of your mind it’s often forgotten and ignored.

We’ve created a card deck for you that takes the information you need to know and presents it in a simple, easy-to-understand fashion.

This simple tool will turn solid advice into something that will change your life forever.

By using our Dancing With Diabetes Lifestyle deck you can get your mind and body in complete coherence and be ready to make changes for the rest of your life.

If you go into just about any of the diabetic groups on Facebook, people are telling you what you can’t do.

Don’t eat grapes. Worse than that don’t eat raisins. Worse than that, don’t eat anything with the letter “R” in it.

It has gotten to the point of absurdity, where if you eat anything that is not on someone’s approved list they act as if you decided to slay their first-born child.

On the other hand, there are people who believe that you can eat anything and everything and they clearly have no intent or desire to reverse their diabetes.

The Dancing with Diabetes lifestyle card deck gives you the information in a non-pushy, non-threatening, and fun way.

Simply flip a card every day and look at the lesson. Your mind will absorb it and file it at the top of your brain.

Every day these lessons start to have an impact on your brain. You will find yourself making different choices of what to eat, how you move, and what you think with the goal of turning your health around.

This is the first time anything like this has been offered to the diabetic community encouraging them to make a transformative mindset shift to produce the change they wish to create.
